Billet aluminium three piece wheels
Custom billet aluminium wheels for a Toyota Century GZG50. Made from scratch after scanning the complete car for accurate measurements and test fitting with low cost 3D print.
Project:
Carrossa Racing imported a Toyota Century GZG50 from 2015 from Japan to the Netherlands. The objective for this car is to display what's possible by combining new technology on old/existing solutions. By scanning the complete car we can ensure perfect fitment and show the end result before we even ordered a single part.
We've 3D printed the most essential parts of the wheels in order to make sure that everything that goes into production will fit perfectly. After thoroughly testing the wheels we've supported during the whole production process. The wheels we created are three piece aluminium wheels and the facings are polished to get a mirror finish. This both looks amazing and will protect the wheels perfectly.
